Employee Stock Ownership Plans with Bob Anderson,
Shareholder, Hale Lane Law Firm. Bob described possible
business exit strategies for transitioning ownership of a
business. An Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) provides an
interesting alternative to the usual alternatives of gifting
all or part of the business, selling the business outright or
just shutting the business down.

Elementary - As you may know, Booker Elementary is in
the process of building a new school. Here are some slides of the project's progress. -
GSE - The GSE team's visit to Booker Elementary will be
covered, with photos, in the Summerlin News of May 18th.
Please bring your copy in so the photos can be shared with the
team members.
NALA Graduation - Bobby G reports that the NALA
graduation ceremonies will be held at the Cashman Center on
May 30th and we're all invited. For more information, check
with Bobby G.
Rotarian of the Year - Michael Flint read the
current nominees for this year's honor. The club will vote on
the nominations on May 22.
