Employee Stock Ownership Plans with Bob Anderson, Shareholder, Hale Lane Law Firm. Bob described possible business exit strategies for transitioning ownership of a business. An Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) provides an interesting alternative to the usual alternatives of gifting all or part of the business, selling the business outright or just shutting the business down.
