| Last Week's Program |
Four Way Test: Michael Flint, in his
usual knock-out style, put together a most thought-provoking
program, asking members what THEY would do and how THEY would
apply the Four Way Test to some tough situations. About the
only thing we all agreed upon was that personal safety
considerations probably trump the Four Way Test when dealing
with an armed bank robber.

| President's Message |
"Can personal friendships grow into national friendships in
such manner as to promote the interests of peace?... Yes,
but it is a dream that we can make come true. Our confidence
must never falter. I believe that there is justification for
our faith, in the lives of great men such as these, who were
faithful to their trusts, who could be friendly, and who were
"what they seemed."
Paul Harris The Rotarian 1925

Got Chips? The Rotary Club of Gunnison, Colorado is
planning a new fund raiser, a poker tournament, for later this
summer. They need chips. Jeff Walker, a member of Gunnison
Rotary, writes to ask if anyone with contacts to casinos that
know of any place that might be willing to donate “retired”
chips or even sell them at a reasonable price. Click here to email Jeff
