| Last Week's Program |
Senator Bites Dog! Well, not really. But it does
illustrate a very important point made by last week's speaker,
Richard H. Bryan, former senator and Nevada governor, when
asked how he felt about some of the negative political
campaigns of late. Basically politicians will use whatever
techniques catch the media's attention.
Although Senator Bryan expressed concern about the
evolution of political campaigns, he was generally upbeat
about Nevada, its history, and future.
TRF Major Donor Recognition President Cliff
congratulated Diane Cabral for becoming a Rotary Foundation
Major Donor. Diane and Dave joined the ranks of Major Donors
by making a gift of $10,000 or more to The Rotary Foundation.
