    President's Message
    Pres Cliff

I want to thank Paul Wexler and Bobby G. for going to NALA (National Association of Latin Americans) and reporting back to us on its good work. NALA provides many services and educational programs to the Latin American community and Paul will arrange for our club to have a meeting at the NALA facility. They are also looking for money for a playground. Good work, Paul and Bobby G.

Rotohackers had it's first event this last week. Despite the summer heat, we managed to stay cool even considering Joe's coup attempt by golf ball. Great fun and fellowship. It really demonstrates Past RI President Cliff Docterman's Rotary Three Way Test- -Is it fun, will anyone get hurt, will anyone find out about it. Don't ask us about the scoring.

[Ed Note: The American Golf Association would be interested in knowing our handicapping system which uses cube root of your age multiplied by your shoe size, unless your wearing sneakers in which case we count the treads on your tires--or something like that.]
